How do I send a direct grant or technical assistance grant for a client to fill out? How do I approve of a direct grant or technical assistance grant?

As a result of the CRM updates, Digital Solutions has made significant improvements to the Funding Programs module. In our most recent update, we separated the Direct Grant and Technical Assistance forms, improved data import into the CRM, expedited and resolved data synchronization issues, and simplified the approval process with dynamic buttons that always display to approving staff.

Grant application invitations must be submitted via Zoho CRM using the video instructions below, and not by emailing a link from Zoho Forms directly to the client. Not sending invitations from the CRM using templates may cause the client to lose valuable time completing an application that does not submit to the CRM.

Important to Note: Applications will take approximately two minutes from the time the user submits to the time you receive your email approving the application for processing. This is as a result of the code running its course and verifying data within the system to ensure accuracy. If you are working with the client live on their application, please wait until the process completes and you receive the approval email.
